Registration for NON-EU citizens 2025 – 2026
For registration, candidates will present the passport with a Romanian visa for studies and the original documents (from the application file), certified for authentication by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the issuing country and the Embassy of Romania to the issuer country, if the previous studies were completed in countries which are not signatory of the Hague Convention. If the previous studies were completed in countries which are signatory of the Hague Convention the documents must be endorsed with the Hague Apostille.
Registration deadlines:
- Preparatory Year of Romanian language, Bachelor and Master candidates: March 1st – June 15th;
- PhD candidates have to pass the entrance examination and need to obtain the Letter of Acceptance to studies from the Romanian Ministry of Education (ME) before the date set for the entrance examination by the Doctoral School.
Files submitted at a later date may not be processed in due time.

VERY IMPORTANT:
- Clear copies in PDF form of the authenticated copies of the documents and their certified translations in English or French are accepted.
- Incomplete files (not complying with regulations, not specifying full contact details or lacking proof of processing fee payment) will not be taken into consideration.
